USES :
Emulsifying wax is by itself an emulsifying agent, which disperses in hot water. On Cooling this dispersion thickens or gels. Emulsion, made with this wax are more stable to weak acids such as Boric, Carbolic & Salicylic. It is also more stable to mild oxidizing & reducing agents than soap.
Ionic Emulsifying Wax is most suitable in water in oil type of emulsion, whereas The Non-Ionic Grade is most suitable in oil in water type of emulsion .
PACKING : 25 Kgs Cartons
Versatile Applications in Cosmetics and PharmaceuticalsEmulsifying Wax (Non Ionic) serves as a critical ingredient in manufacturing creams, lotions, and similar products within both cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Its compatibility with a wide range of active ingredients and its ability to stabilize emulsions make it highly sought after by manufacturers and formulators.
Safe, Stable, and Easy to StoreThis wax is classified as non-hazardous, offering a safe experience in formulation processes. It retains stability under the recommended cool, dry conditions, maintaining its efficacy over a shelf life of up to 24 months. The solid, easy-to-handle form ensures smooth bulk handling and storage.
Highly Efficient EmulsificationThanks to its non-ionic nature, Emulsifying Wax provides reliable emulsion stability without interfering with active ingredients. Its high purity (99%) and solubility in hot water and alcohol facilitate consistent preparation for creams and lotions of various viscosities.
