About MALT EXTRACT PASTE

Malt Extract Paste is starch or grain based sweetener which is yellowish brown colored powder. It is completely soluble in water an gives a sweet smell on mixing. It is extracted from the malt which is cereal grain which contains very small amount of small amounts of other sugars like sucrose and fructose. Malt Extract is widely used in brewing of beer and is also consumed as a dietary supplement to prevent the deficiency of vitamins and minerals.
